The following packet of information is provided as a resource for those individuals and families who wish to self-identify and/or identify their children with “two or more” racial and ethnic categories on Census 2010. Also included are important answers to several commonly asked questions concerning how data is collected and reported for multiracial/ethnic identities. The information contained herein is merely suggestive, and does not necessarily reflect the views of the U.S. Census Bureau because answers to the census question on race are based on self-reporting.
